As is "love", right? Found this mention on Chubby Super Biker's site. Apparently, Lincoln's finest is a straight talker about cyclists' rights and share the road. Here in the 'Ville we've had recent complaints of da police harassing cyclists to get on the sidewalk or whatev. Make this world a better place, if you can.
