Live and let live, I say. If you want to dress like that, do it and don't apologize.
I don't know. I'm not much into fashion, but I think looking like that would hinder my career a bit.
Seeing this picture, I get the distinct feeling that this guy rides a fixed-gear bike and has an appreciation for all things ironic.
I tend to set my own fashions, at least in the eyes of some local folks. I was one of the first ten recumbent owners in Louisville, for example. I am certainly not the first guy in Louisville to wear a kilt, but I don't know many who do so daily.
Merging the two? No.
I can wear one of my kilts while riding my Raleigh, but not on the 'bents.
