IF again

Haven't been on the fancy bike in a month. It had a bit of front mech issues, but that was solved and I ran out for a training hour during Z's soccer practice (breaking the usual Monday-during-L's-soccerprac). I had a headache and a bit of Afib for some reason, although Z pointed out that I had regular coffee this a.m., but I still got in a solid session of 16 in an hour. My February mileage was under 200m, which I suspect is one of the worst full months in a long time. Oh well. Life gets in the way.
