Real Road Ride
today is election day, so no school. And with upper-60s, lower-70s and little humidity, it made for a *perfect* cycling day. Bartutle and I took full advantage to get a 50+miler in, with enough spirited riding to get some fitness and enough steady-state to finish feeling good. What a nice day. Hope you got out.

Champs
My senior girls- who lost in the semis last year as the #1 seed- won the KY state doubles title yesterday. I don't put much tennis content on here because I get cranky during tennis season when I don't ride, but I especially had to put this up for AMidnightRider. He understands the physical, emotional, and psychological investment. I'm sure others do too. A great group of girls, a great result, and now I'm going for a bike ride.
