I went out with the intention of doing 1-1.5 hrs before our meal at my mom's. Early on I felt a twinge or 2 from the old ticker. Had I missed a med? Is something up? I don't have an answer for that, but I turned around and returned home, 7m worth of riding in the bag. I can't say I'm particularly pleased, but it is what it is.
