Summer Cycling Season

Looks like the last week of school+week of tour+*Summer* has begun the Summer Cycling Season. I'm at 350 miles for the month, and we're just halfway through! I dragged Mr. Crowell along today for a (sometimes) spirited road ride. Of note is the fact that it was my 13th ride of the year on the IF. Last year's entire IF total was 12, so I'm happily ahead of the game. Looking forward to fitness and the open road. Get out there!! Explore!!
